Today went to the park near WL's house,
hmmmm for jogging!
What a healthy lifestyle we're leading!
So young people, learn from us yah. Don't always loiter around, sometimes need some work out,
which we usually does once in a blue moon.
HAHAHAHAHA


With these two sampats as usual...
LJ and I ran 7 rounds, the one who said going to run 10 rounds ended giving up at the 6th round

Chin up for kids-lah... LJ seemed to be doing chest up, hahah!

Then drove to Yong He Dou Jiang.
Yeah, I said we shouldn't eat right after exercising
but then I ended up ordering more than LJ
hahahahha
