Heya! A belated birthday post.

Heya! I've decided to blog since I've nothing to do now, no where to go, no movies to watch, cny is going to end, february is going to end soon too and my blog is going to Die if it carries on like this!

so here it goes.

When the clock struck 12 on the 13th of Feb 2010, I celebrated my 18th birthday. Sigh i'm legal liao. How come so fast!


Sigh. Officially 18.

I didn't expect a celebration that night at all. Wi Lian called me out of sudden and said that she's going to show me my present that they had made especially for me.

which took lots and heaps of effort and sweat and tears and laughter and LOVE. lol

Basically, it's like a err, storybook, with me titled 'Princess Fiona' HAHAHAHA paiseh-nye. Then with all my stories inside, and with all their opinions and moments that we've spent together and all that girly things lah, geddit?? hahaha

And yeah, since it was made with lots of effort, sweat, tears etc etc...it took me so hard to hold back my tears when reading page after page. DAMN TOUCHED!!! *cries why do i have such good friends T___T

This is the piece of cake WL's mum bought for me. Thanks so muchhhhhhhh Auntie! so sweeet of u hehe! I hope u read my blog :) It was just a small celebration at first as LuJing couldnt make it there and I've decided for a later celebration.

Never did I expect hahaha my mum and sister came with a bigger cake!! But they did not appear at first, they handed the cake to one of the workers there and he came over and said this is for Fiona. Aww, that feeling of surprise is great! And I knew it must be them, mum and sis. hahaha THANKIEWS!!!! *sobs





Thanks Sis hahaha. I complaint you din give me any present and you went to plan a surprise lah! hahaha!

THANK YOU SO MUCH MY DEAR FRIENDS especially WI LIAN, LU JING, FELICIA, JARREN and ANDREW!!!! thankiewwwwwws. This 18th birthday of mine had turned out to be a great and a very memorable one!!! hohoohoo. love you all !!

Hi there! I know I've not been blogging. I'm fine. I'm just...very busy with baking cookies! hahahahahahaha.

no no, NOT especially for CNY lah. Just got really interested suddenly, like seriously lor. Hohohooo.

Hmm. So far, I've baked 3 types of cookies -__- yea, three only. hahahahahaha more to come! So in love with my peanut butter cookies. Hahaha!

The end of something beautiful

YAY SPM FINALLY ENDED FOR ME :D :D :D

(I have some time before going for movies, so imma blog a bit before my post spm feelings subside hahaha!)

This feeling is great! No more exams, no more burning midnight oil, no more dragging myself out of bed early in the morning...at least not, for 6 months i guess. Hahaha! So shiok to think about that.

Anyway, yesterday Chemistry was argh paper 3, so very 'fortunate' for me. I studied ALL the experiments for FORM 4 and 5 EXCEPT ONE that I had forgotten to include in my book last year, and I kept on reminding myself the previous night to ask from LJ. Not surprisingly, I forgotten! The worst part is, that PARTICULAR EXPERIMENT came out. !#$#%!@$%!! I couldn't think of anything more !@#$#%#!@#% than this lor. Sigh but I hope my answer is still logical and still acceptable lah.

It's hard to say goodbye to someone that you've been with since small. And now, I have to part with someone that I've been with since I was seven, when I was still a kid. Yesterday I had to bid farewell to her, byebye Convent! I still remember how I wished how nice if near our school somewhere there were a fast food restaurant when i was still in primary school. And years later, there pop out Mcdonald's. And I thought how nice if there were a cinema when I was in lower sec. And years later, pop out Square one with MBO. Everything came true! lol but then i have not yet tried going for movies after school in my smelly uni. haha Life's like that, when you don have it, you want it, when you have it you're sien of it already. So yesterday was the last time I wore prefects' uni. Chuck! :)

Ok time's running out...hmm what to write somemore.

Ugly Betty Title Stripped Off!

Hi people! This is my 200th mindless post on www.fionalianghuiwen.blogspot.com. Hahaha! What am I happy at? No idea. Seriously, I have no idea what to blog about on my 200th post, hrm, so well.. SPM IS COMING!!!!*cries* I'm pissed off by the government who suddenly implemented the new spm grading. But then it is good lah, especially for people like me who only take 10 subjects, just that I'm not really prepared yet. sighs. Geez whatever I shall try my best lor :( stop stop stop. no more talking about exam.

Oh yeah, I've got a piece of good news, I mean good news for myself lah : I've taken off my braces!! :D :D :D :D :D I gasped when my orthodontist told me that I had been wearing braces for 4 years. 4 years mind you! Why so long one, lame equipments. hahaha =x So, this was like.. ahhh finally :) But then, I felt awkward when eating. Zomg, but at first lah. But now, I can SPEAK more properly. LOL lol lol.

Happy Birthday, Dad and Mum!

Mummy Alice's birthday falls on the 6th of September.
And I thought of doing something special for her this year, instead of buying her stuff.
At the same time I was having trial, so not much time to do shopping. hehehe
That Sunday, I woke up extremely early, 9 a.m (hey I slept at 3) to prepare a sumptuous breakfast for mum! You see, that's the greatness of having a daughter, wakaka. But honestly, that was the first time I cooked, er, no no, frying eggs and cooking NICE maggi mee can be counted or not huh? hahaha anyway, let me show you the MOST WONDERFUL BREAKFAST in the world I could ever find!!!!!! hiak hiak hiak. Don't GASP! You have to believe your eyes xD

1st Dish : Taiwanese Style Fried Vermicelli

First of all, I need bean sprouts which is mum's one and only favourite! Owh, why don't I just fry a plate of bean sprouts? Hmm..

Tadahh! Shocked? Surprise? Doubtful? Unbelievable? Yes yes yes, this is truly cooked by muih, ME!! Even The Sister don't believe. Grr, but seriously, I cooked it!! just that I steal the recipe from a recipe book. hahaha. It looks nice, and tastes nice too! Mum was like you, surprised! :D

Omg it's so funny. Hahahaha. It looked horrible. *shy* I used chilli sauce to make the writings and it looked awful. Geeez. I shortcut-ed it to bday instead of birthday. Hiak. Anyway, it tasted nice ok, despite the look xD

Dad's birthday's today!! 19th of September. LJ's dad was born on the same day, same month and same year with my dad! How coincident is that? =)

This afternoon when I was out with LJ and WL, Mum phoned me and asked what size of cake should buy for Dad, 1/2 kg or 1 kg cake. And I said, "Ahh, 1/2 kg will do." Because nobody in my family really likes eating cakes, high calories!!

When I reached home, I gasp when Mum showed me the cake :

This is a 1/6 kg cake or what?!!! A very big cake indeed.

Poor dad, but nah, he doesn't really care the size of the cake also. Hahaha.

So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to DAD and LJ's DAD!! :)

Anyway, had accounts paper today, which is actually tomorrow, but brought forward to this morning. So, yesterday had a very bad time, rushing everything regarding accounts into my brain. Cause it was quite a long time ago since I last studied account, I thought Thursday(today) will be a good time to revise, but ahhh God knows, brought forward! *gasp


My, ACCOUNTS!! suddenly so memeningkan.

And I seriously have to thank Felicia aka The Accounts Freak who certainly helped me a lot!!


This woman came home with me after school yesterday and both of us had a great account session together. Hahaha. I can't help but to think she's really good at accounts. While I was busy revising and doing accounts, she was there, using my comp, playing Mafia Wars@Facebook so relaxingly. Geeeeeeeez totally intimidated me!! Bleh hahaha! Anyway, thanks very much, Fel :)

When I was driving on the road, my hands were like half-trembling, so embarrassing but then eventually managed to curb it and yeahhhhhhhhhhs =D

Hazy days are here again and I hate it. Eye and nose-irritation. The rain did not help to clear the haze either. No more nice fresh air for mummy's morning exercise. No more fresh air for me to walk Lion in the evening. Really wonder how people can be so selfish and unscrupulous. Owh, my poor lungs.

The Crime Prevention Club organized a one day trip to Johor Bahru.
And me, being one of the member, definitely won't be left behind!

1st Destination : Hospital Permai

Hospital Permai is a hospital specially for psychiatric patients, located at Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

First we were given a brief talk on the hospital, how it functions etc etc. Did not pay much attention anyway because I was so duper hungry that time!

Next, we were brought to visit the wholeeeeeeee hospital which was like so huge. And of course, we saw lots of mental patients, both men and women.
Surprisingly, the patients there turned out to be very friendly, ahahaha..one of them even sang song for us, a Malay guy singing chinese songs! And he claimed himself is Jackie. hahaha He meant Jackie Chan perhaps.
But then, some looked very normal to me, they can work and do handicrafts. Ashamedly, I can't even make those nice carpets that they managed to make.

Though it's just 5 dollars, but I can get 5 nice bowls of noodle soup from school canteen d! can satisfy my hunger for one week of school days luuuu.

FYI, Mr. Siew is the most patient, most gentleman and most forever-happy teacher in Convent BP. He would never lose his temper, he would never get tired repeating the same thing for even the 101th time and he would never not smile. Sighs such good man, but sometimes his patience made me really unbearable =x But then recently there are minor volcanic eruptions in Mr. Siew. Hahaha, but it's okay, he will still smile the second after he lost his lil temper. Sigh poor thing you have to deal with students like us. hee

p/s : To avoid further misunderstanding, let me clarify a bit, hahaha. In the entire post up there, I never once said I like him. And he's not totally a good teacher, but still quite a good teacher, a man who has GREAT PATIENCE until a very untolerable limit! hahaha

I'm finalley the Outgoing Pressie!

First of all,
Let me heave a HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF!

Sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !

AGM (Annual General Meeting) of Interact Club was held today, and the new B.O.D is finally announced after much discussions with various parties.

And I, am finally, the outgoing President.
It's really awesome when you look at how time flies. I still vividly remember the days when I was made the President, and SNAP! I'm now the Outgoing. Lol. Time really really flies. Time flies too fast. I can't help but to repeat this phrase because, TIME REALLY FLIES lah. Haha.

And there's seriously no time for reluctance. You're given the job, do it with full commitment. Last time, I was really worried and scared, because being the Pressie of Interact Club is no easy job. And till today, I'm still with the idea that it's really not simple. But, I'm sure the incoming Pressie will be able to do a very good job, and in fact better than me :)

I always thought that I will be more than happy after this AGM. Surprisingly, I'm not that happy. To be exact, I'm just relieved. There's a sense of can't-bear-to-part. LOL! ;)

Last but not least, thanks to all, whom have helped me, encouraged, respected, cooperated, guided or discouraged me, looked down upon, disrespect me, refused to cooperate or refused to help me. Thanks to all!! All these have truly made me a better person.

Last Activity : Recycling Activity at Tsi Chih

We (Interact Club of Convent BP) have this Recycling activity at Tsi Chih every first Sunday every month. And this Sunday's recycling activity will be the last activity for the Board of Directors of 2008/2009.

And again, disappointment surrounded me today. AGAIN. aiks

A week before this, I had already asked the Seargent-at-arm to remind every form 5 about today's activity. Form 4 I leave it to Jing Yi. Last Friday I reminded her(SAA) again. And she ensured me that she remembered. Okay, Saturday night, feeling worried, sms-ed everybody again to remind them to go for this activity since it's our last. Ha-ha, guess what I got?
Again...a stream of apologizing messages.
All Form5 said they did not receive any messages from the SAA.
Oh. Again empty promises. Again. Irresponsibility. Again again and again.
All Miss Cheah's advice during that day's meeting all vanished into thin air.

For those who did not go today, I am not angry and I am not reprimanding you all. Seriously.
I am just...disappointed. Do you know that kind of feeling? After trying so hard just to get you all there to do some social work, some good deeds, just for the last time, since the previous months also you all never went, only 1 or 3 went, but failed once again.

I am really very envious of those schools that can have all interactors together to organise an activity. For instance, the EIP activity. They can have 25 people going, and we? 9 people. Kinda disappointed leh.

For those who did not take part in those activities, I do not blame you all. Because you've nothing wrong. Seriously nothing wrong. Because these are all voluntarily. Told you ady, just disappointed! hahaha..

Those who took part, bravo and congrats, you will be blessed i'm sure :)

Anyway, had fun today. A very good day, RAINY DAY! So it's cool and no sweating all over. haha

EIP Centre | Ice Age 3

Interact Club of Convent conjoined with TIGS
to organise a visit to EIP (Early Intervention Programme) Centre.

We sang songs and played games with the children there :D
Very very fun!!! hahaha

in order to protect their identity :)

And one funny thing right, a few of the children there, made fun of me!!
They point towards my teeth (with braces) and LAUGH!
Sighhhhhhhhhh

And my friend told them that,
"This Jie Jieh ate too many sweets last time, that's why her teeth became like that. All rotten ady. So, you all don eat so many sweets ya."

Me, "......"

They were laughing at me, and seem really happy. And we laughed together with them. Hahaha, really happy to see them happy :D

I guess I will visit them again the next holiday :)

After EIP, we decided to go for Transformer, since there were so many positive reviews about that movie. Hahaha, and Felicia, who had watched the show, ensured us it was really a good movie and fetched us to Square One, to accompany us watch for the second time.

In the end, we watched Ice Age 3 because Transformer's showtime was too late.

Sunway College - Seminar

Today was supposed to be like a normal school day, em a kelas ganti.
When we were told yesterday that we have to go to Katerina Hotel for some kind of seminar for SPM today, we were not a bit of excited lor.

"Sigh, another boring and sien seminar, again ahhhhh."

But ahahaha, luckily we were wrong. The seminar today was fun!! :D
It's actually a seminar by Sunway College.
The speaker, Ms Jessica talked on studying skills, then some personality tests, thou those tests did not really reflect the real me. Or maybe it was just me, did not have a definite goal in life YET , but SOON i hope ;p

Oh yeah there's one thing. One of the test, urmmmmm forgotten the name. And the result was that I have 'time scheduling' problem. Oh it's true!
Draw a timetable? I think I could only follow for half a day. hee

Sense of disappointment and at the same time contented

States public speaking is over alright.
And haha...i did not get anything. *sighs
Totally hate the feeling of disappointment

*Corrections for the post dated 13th June 2009, to be exact, I do not like public speaking competitions, not really dislike PS. It's the competing with others that I really dislike.

Really don't like competitions, they often gave me those sudden disappointments of hopes
Well, at least I do not have a high hope for PS. But then.. it's still there. *sighs
This is the first time I manage to enter states level and also the last time.
But one thing i'm proud of myself is that, hahaha, during my prepared speech, most of the audiences, yeah i mean most of them, actually LAUGHED :D
ooooh I actually managed to humour them hehehe *happy
Anyway, it's a worthwhile experience for me

Holiday HangOut

today i got rid off my loathesome homework and went MBO to catch Hannah Montana with my girlfriends *winks

Namely, LuJing, WiLian and Ah Tong :D

OK, we were supposed to be watching at 1.45 p.m.
But our Ah Tong who sweetly overslept!, we had no choice but to catch the 3.30p.m show -_-
duh nevermind, it's still the same show, so no difference actually. hahaha.

So while waiting for Tong's reply(cuz she did not answer phone calls nor reply sms), we went to Witchery Ider to accompany LJ have her lunch.

Actually I brought my addmaths work with me due to a noble reason. *drums rollllll*

After LJ bought our tickets, she directed us to Cineplex 2!
Read properly, Cineplex 2.
We went in there, and happy to see that no one in sight.
And I thought to myself, "Yeah, the cinema all ours today!"
which is really stupid -_-
We found our seats, and seeing that the screen is still blank, we started to camwhore.

how come the movie is so not punctual.
It was already past 3.30 but the movie was not starting, even the usual advertisements were not appearing. WiLian too started to complain.
Suddenly, I dunno from where I had the urge to ask LJ to check back her tickets to confirm if it was Cineplex 2.
Then she pulled out a ticket and I grabbed from her hands and guess what?!
I gave a shriek! Wrong cineplex Baybeh..

Overall, the movie Hannah Montana was great!! Hilarious and touching at the same time!
I would recommend you guys to watch. Worth it :)
Furthermore, Taylor Swift is in it, though just a short while. hahaha.
The Climb a great song. Motivating and inspiring. Totally my favourite! :D

And LJ again! did something really DISGUSTING and YUCKY. which i'm not going to say anymore. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeewww! hahaha.
